This midecentury gem had previously been renovated removing some of its original charm. Luclkily its blank canvas and some original architectural elements had been kept intact and the client was on board with infusing some fun into it. With the use of some color, walnut and terrazo, these materials blended perfectly with the original feel of the house.

Just waiting to add the pool and ADU this summer!
